The Farmers Market Food and Craft marquee at our Show has always been a magnet for visitors to purchase the unique and locally made items that are not often found on the High Street. It is possible to chat with the producer within the marquee, discovering their skills and expertise that have brought forth their display. The Show always favours local small businesses but likes to showcase as wide a variety as possible of different items. By purchasing from the small trader, the shopper can be sure that their input is helping keep the local economy positive. All stall holders have to provide the Show with the necessary documentation for health and safety.
Stall holders themselves can be sure of a warm welcome in a warm and dry environment. Tables and chairs are provided by the show. Food producers can be provided with power if specified on their application. Barry Hill has taken on the role of Food and Craft Secretary and all queries should be passed to him via the website. The closing date for applications for spaces is June 28th and all applications and payment must be received by this date.
NB Early application acceptance will then ensure that your contact details are published on the website and if received before going to press, also in the Show brochure. We cannot guarantee that banners for advertising their products will be permitted outside the marquee. Ringside banners costs are available on application. Exhibitor passes and receipts for tax purposes will be sent on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
